1. Rule and statutory rights
Donate Coins and virtual items have no monetary value outside L2 Burn and are non-refundable after being credited, transferred or used, except where required by applicable law or in a proven case of duplicate payment or a technical failure attributable to L2 Burn.
Transferred or used coins are normally non-refundable. Approved purchases with unused coins may be submitted to support for review. This policy does not remove applicable statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory safeguards.
2. Payments and reversal
Declined or pending payments grant no coins. Duplicate payments will be reviewed and may be refunded. A full refund reverses the base coins and corresponding bonus once. Fraud, chargebacks and abuse may lead to restriction and reversal according to evidence, provider procedures and applicable law.
3. Requests
Contact [email protected] with login, order reference and reason, without passwords or full card details. Refund processing and availability depend on Mercado Pago and the payment method; no unconfirmed deadline is promised. Any non-returned fees are recorded separately without removing statutory rights.
